Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
